Good selection, delivery needs work
I ordered a bottle of "Vino Rosso" and some "Birra Artigianale" for a small gathering last week. The app was easy to use, and I liked the variety they offered, especially the craft beers. My order arrived in about 40 minutes, which was a bit longer than the 30 minutes promised, and the beer wasn't as cold as I'd hoped. The wine was fine, though. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the delay, but they didn't really offer a solution. Overall, it was okay for convenience, but the delivery speed and temperature could be better for the price.
